Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has launched a new Electronic Legal Affairs System as part of its ongoing efforts to accelerate digital transformation and modernise institutional operations through advanced technological solutions.

The ministry said the integrated digital platform is designed to enhance the management of legal procedures, improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance and transparency, and support data-driven decision-making across its legal affairs functions.

The new system provides a comprehensive digital environment for managing and tracking legal cases and procedures while enabling the electronic archiving of legal files. The platform is expected to facilitate quick access to information, ensure accurate documentation of legal processes, and speed up the completion of transactions.

The ministry noted that the system incorporates interactive dashboards and analytical reports that allow for more effective monitoring of legal activities and performance measurement.

These features are intended to support continuous improvement of legal services and align operations with institutional best practices.

According to the ministry, the launch reflects its commitment to building a smart institutional ecosystem that leverages modern technologies to improve service delivery and organisational performance. The initiative also reinforces principles of good governance, transparency, and knowledge management within the ministry.
