Doha: Director of Department of Policy and Planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs H E Dr. Khalid bin Fahad Al Khater met on Monday in Berlin with Director of Middle East and North Africa of the Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany H E Dr. Tobias Tunkel. During the meeting, they reviewed the bilateral cooperation relations and ways to enhance the strategic partnership between the two countries.
