DOHA: Vodafone Qatar yesterday launched an innovative smartphone application (app) named ‘My Vodafone App’ which offers a wide-range of tailored services to users, including secured bill paying facility and providing direct connection to a customer care executive of the telecom service provider.
The initiative is in line with its ongoing pledge of providing cutting-edge solutions to its customers. The new App provides everything the customer would need in the palm of their hand. In addition to pay bill and direct chat with a Vodafone agent facilities, the smartphone app also enable customers to manage their line, view balance and usage and recharge.

Available on both iOS and Android, the ‘My Vodafone App’ will enable customers to manage their accounts, provide information and payment options on bills and balances, enable access to customer service, present tailor-made promotions, receive notifications, all through smartphones in a fast and speedy manner.

He said that the launch of the app represents another step forward in providing the most convenient tools and solutions to our customers.
