Qatar's Ministry of Interior stresses maintaining public safety amid tension situation
Ministry of Interior (MOI) urged the public to remain calm, and act responsibly when they hear the sound of explosions. It advised people to proceed immediately to a safe location, avoid gathering and staying in open areas due to the potential risks from falling shrapnel.
The Ministry had in another post warned against approaching any unknown objects or debris and urged immediate reporting via 999. It added that following instructions enhances public safety and supports the rapid response of the relevant authorities.
