HEC Paris to organise Executive Program on Mastering Strategic Negotiation skills

HEC Paris-Qatar will deliver ‘Mastering Strategic Negotiations’ Executive Short Program on March 19 to 21. The three-day program will take place in the Tornado Tower and will be led by HEC Paris Associate Professor Gonçalo Pacheco de Almeida.

Professor Pacheco de Almeida said: “This program is designed to equip professionals with cutting-edge negotiation techniques to analyze, prepare for, and execute complex deals across most industries.

The negotiation techniques discussed in class can be immediately applied to real-world situations.”  

This program will offer participants tools to develop an innovative ‘How-To Guide’ to succeed in complex, high-stakes negotiations.

Additionally, they will learn to apply this negotiation roadmap to the specifics of each deal and understand how the economics of a deal affect the opportunities to negotiate or walk away from a possible deal.

Through this Executive Short Program, participants will be better equipped to control the negotiation process by anticipating and influencing their counterparts’ actions and be able to polish their negotiation style by identifying their strengths, weakness and auditing intuition.
