NBK Automobiles participates in interactive session at school

Doha: In line with their commitment towards national progress and contributing to the development of a knowledge-based economy, Nasser Bin khaled (NBK) Automobiles participated in a unique learning event “Scientific and Technological Evolution in Cars” organised by the Omar Bin Al Khattab Elementary School at the school premises recently.
The event, attended by students along with representatives from the school administration and the teaching staff, was organised to motivate them and help broaden their horizons and understanding of scientific knowledge.
NBK Automobiles used this interactive opportunity to showcase two of Mercedes-Benz most popular models, the S Class and GL, distinguished for their innovative features incorporating modern technology that position them at the top their game. A team from NBK Automobiles briefed the students on their salient features and highlighted the key aspects of design, technology, luxury, power, safety & environment. The students received first-hand information on the best-selling models and were impressed with the technologies used in both cars that have helped them achieve global acceptance and recognition.
Khaled Shaaban, General Manager of NBK Automobiles said: ‘NBK Automobiles is pleased to be part of this initiative and support the development of the education sector in Qatar. This provides us with an interactive opportunity to connect with the next generation and contribute to their learning process, helping equip them with the technical knowhow and understanding required for national progress. 
Mohammad Abdulla Al Muraghi, Principal of Omar Bin Al Khattab School said: ‘NBK Automobiles participation in our programme reflects the organisation’s commitment towards enhancing the educational environment in Qatar and providing practical learning opportunities to these talented young minds. The programme also rewarded the classes that are excelled in electronic homework through following e-bags rules, applying academic studies for electronic short exams, and the most interactive classes with teachers.
