Doha: UCMAS Qatar hosted 4th National Abacus & Mental Arithmetic’s competition 2018 on November 24, at Gulf English School.
Over 200 students from Qatar’s public and private schools enrolled in UCMAS Qatar programme took part of the competition.
UCMAS Qatar organised the competition as part of its efforts to realise it’s objectives of promoting and establishing the principles of children’s early education and to fulfil full Drain developments and to improve math skills and mental ability to all students as well to increase the enhancement of role played by private education sectors in realising social development in Qatar.
Elsheikh Mohammed Aboidris, UCMAS Qatar Managing Director said “UCMAS is advanced programme that enhance the development of children’s abilities and faster their thinking efficiency, I am pleased to see such a large number of Qatar’s children’s participating in the national competition, as UCMAS is full brain development program using Abacus as a tools and both hands to enhance the left brain and right brain to work together to perform high performance and to generate the genius within the kids.”
UCMAS is representing in 80 countries around the world, any student from UCMAS Qatar can transfer to any other UCMAS centres in this 80 countries and continue their study from the level they finished Elsheikh Mohammed Aboidris said.
At the end of the competition UCMAS Qatar management distributed the trophies to all winners, also UCMAS Qatar graduate 20 students who finished all UCMAS 10 levels in three years. Elsheikh Mohammed Aboidris thanked all the sponsor companies and the parents and guests, and he wished UCMAS Qatar team who will represent Qatar in the 23rd UCMAS International Abacus and Mental arithmetic 2018 which will be held in Malaysia on December 9 and 10.
