Al Arabi players and the team management celebrate winning the Amir Cup basketball title after beating Al Sadd. Al Arabi won 87-78 at Al Gharafa Sports Club's Indoor Hall yesterday.
First Vice President of Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) HE Sheikh Saud bin Ali Al Thani gave away the prizes. Sammy Monroe Jr II (31 points) and Khaled Roushdy Abdelbaset (24) sparkled for Al Arabi. For Al Sadd, the top scorers were Babacar Dieng (30 points) and Konstantinos Vasileiadis (25).
