Doha: Social Services in Community Policing window of Metrash2 allows for reporting of different issues stated the Ministry of Interior (MoI).
The 'Communicate with Us' menu of Metrash2 allows for placing complaints on issues of family disputes, behavioural phenomenon, settling of disputes amicably, social support and behavioural counselling.
MoI has been updating the app to include more and more services on its Metrash2 app. It had recently stated that work is underway to include service for submitting request for change of name through Metrash2.
The e-wallet consisting of official documents including Qatari ID card, residence permit, driving license, vehicle registration, and ownership of the fancy/significant number is another of its recent services added to the app.
The Metrash2 app offers more than 220 active services available in 6 languages, including Arabic, English, French, Malayalam, Urdu, and Spanish.
