United Cars Almana announces its Q1 2016 achievements

DOHA: The United Cars Almana (“UCA”), the sole distributor of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Mopar in Qatar, has exceeded all expectations and achieved great results in Q1 2016, meeting the sales targets set by the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Middle East Regional Office.
Bader Almana, Director, United Cars Almana stated that UCA has been achieving its demanding sales targets, exceeded the targets set in terms of the Customer Satisfaction Index, and UCA’s aftersales team received a special Mopar Heritage Award from FCA in recognition of their outstanding aftersales performance. Bader Almana added that this success has further enhanced and strengthened UCA’s long-term partnership with the FCA Group, a relationship that goes back many years - it has also reinforced the trust placed in UCA by FCA.
“We are extremely proud of the achievements of United Cars Almana in Qatar during First Quarter of 2016,” said Mr. Fabrizio Cordoni, Head of Importers, EMEA and Managing Director of FCA Middle East Regional Office. Fabrizio further stated that, “The huge leap in sales during Q1 2016 and the clear change we are witnessing in terms of UCA’s overall performance on the sales and aftersales fronts strengthens our long term relationship and makes us very optimistic about the future of our brands in Qatar with United Cars Almana”.
UCA’s excellent results were not achieved by accident - they are the direct result of a well-built strategy set at the beginning of 2016 by UCA and FCA with a clear mission based on three key pillars - high product quality, innovative ideas and a consumer-centric business model, added Fabrizio.
FCA has consistently invested in product quality and the training of dealer teams across the region to ensure that FCA brands are best represented in the respective markets and that customers receive the highest levels service, enhancing their ownership experience when driving a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram.
Vincent Cardone, Deputy Director of United Cars Almana, stated that human factor is key to the success of any business - recognizing this, and because they believe in their talents and ability to change any business culture, UCA has invested highly in recruiting well-trained, highly skilled staff, and this has contributed to the achievement of these targets. Through FCA’s continuous training programmes, the UCA team is now fully certified and equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to attend to any and every customer concern or inquiry.
