Moscow: Qatar Arabic Language Center under the auspices of the QatariRussian Center for Cooperation (QRCC) has officially opened in Moscow.
“Acquaintance with the Arabic language allows to better understand the culture of our country and the surrounding region,” said Qatar’s Ambassador to Russia Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Thani.
“Language learning as the most important component of culture is always a step towards more close cooperation between countries, a way to deepen our understanding in business, politics, and society,” he added.
CEO of the Qatari-Russian Center for Cooperation, Diana Charmadova, said: “The Qatar Arabic Language Center will become a new bridge for promoting the in-depth development of cultural exchange and humanitarian cooperation between Russia and Qatar, strengthening mutual understanding between the two countries."
Charmadova added: We are deeply grateful to the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Russia for their constant support an d assistance."
