Kigali: Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda H E Dr. Vincent Biruta received a copy of the credentials of H E Misfer Faisal Mubarak Al Ajab Al Shahwani as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Rwanda. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation wished the Ambassador success in his duties and the bilateral relations further development and growth.
