DOHA: The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has opened a new mosque that can accommodate 240 men worshippers and 40 women in Aba Al-Hayat area as part of its plan to double the number of well-designed mosques to reflect Qatari and Islamic heritage.
The new Mosque also responds to regulations and green building specifications and sustainable building designs with well-equipped facilities for prayers to keep up with population growth in various areas of the country.
