DOHA: Regency Group, a conglomerate headquartered in the UAE, has joined hands with Ezdan Mall to bring the best of retail to the Qatar markets. Ezdan has signed with Regency Group to open the group’s flagship venture Grand Hypermarket at the ground floor of the new mall in Wukair. The outlet will be opened to the public tomorrow. This would be the 41st hyper market of Grand Hypermarket and the third in Qatar.
The ceremony marked the first stage of the opening of Ezdan Mall in Al Wukair, Ezdan Holding Group announced. The event was attended by Ezdan Group COO Dr Mousa Al Awwad, Regency Group Managing Director Dr Anver Ameen, Regency Group Executive Director Muhammad Aboobaker, Grand Mall Director Hussain Akbar Al Baker andRegency Group Director NV Mohammed.
The Grand Hypermarket will feature an extensive fruit and vegetable market, with the freshest produce exclusively flown in from around the globe, offering uncompromised quality standards. The group’s own sourcing centers in India, China, Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Europe, devoid of middle men, ensure the finest quality inventory at the fairest prices. The department store houses all major brands of electronics, household, clothes, watches, accessories, etc. Moreover, the in-house bakery ensures a regular supply of freshly baked Arab and French breads and patisserie. The hypermarket has two floors with an ambiance space to enjoy the shopping.
Ground floor has a spacious supermarket for food, fresh food and other grocery items.

Ezdan Mall Al Wukair is located in an up-market residential area with a huge captive customer-base. The Mall has an extensive array of multi cuisine restaurants along with a large children’s play area, gaming zone, around 60 multi branded shops and a clinic in pipeline to complete an overwhelming experience of family & residents in Doha.
