Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior released on Monday a visual guide on its social media platforms detailing the step-by-step process for the Financial Claims Payment Service, offered by the Search and Follow-Up Department at the General Directorate of Passports.
The service is accessible through the Ministry of Interior’s official website and the Metrash2 application, allowing individuals to complete the process digitally and securely.
Users can:
• Inquire about financial claims using a Visa Number, Sponsor ID, or Establishment ID
• Select specific claims for payment, including fines, fees, and flight ticket charges
• Complete payment securely using a credit card
• Download an official payment receipt upon successful transaction
The Financial Claims Payment Service is one of the e-services provided by the Search and Follow-Up Department at the General Directorate of Passports. It can be easily and conveniently completed through the Ministry’s website and the Metrash application.
