The Shura Council participated virtually in the 15th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) yesterday.
During the session, the discussion focused on the efforts made to achieve the necessary recovery against the Coronavirus pandemic, and the attempt to overcome the challenges caused by the pandemic and affected the economies and societies of the region.
Efforts to combat terrorism and domestic violence were also discussed.
The Shura Council was represented at the session by member of the Council H E Dahlan bin Jaman Al Hamad.
