A representative of Al Rayyan Municipality distributing Eid gifts among children.
Doha: Al Rayan Municipality organised a number of activities on the first day of Eid Al Fitr for children. The department distributed gifts among children after Eid Al Fitr prayer at Bin Baz and Bani Hajar mosques.
Eid gifts were also distributed among children at Al Rayyan Park and Mall of Qatar, said the Ministry of Municipality in a statement. The Department provided bouncing castles, enabling children to enjoy the moment.
Director of Al Rayyan Municipality, Jaber Hasan Al Jaber, said the Municipality was keen to organise such recreational activities for children in coordination with entities concerned.
He said the activities aim at adding more recreational and amusement places within the efforts of the municipality to provide all services at public parks which attract a large number of visitors during holidays.
