Doha: Ooredoo has confirmed that its popular entertainment services, Ooredoo tv and Mozaic TV, are temporarily unable to broadcast beIN Sports channels.
Ooredoo has been attempting to renew its contract with beIN Sports since October 2015, but does not expect the issue to be fixed today, as discussions are ongoing.
All beIN subscribers using Ooredoo tv and Mozaic TV will not be charged for subscription until an agreement has been reached.
The company has apologised for the disruption of the service and said it is working hard to resume broadcasting beIN content as soon as possible.
