An installation of the giant eagle, Gwaihir, from the movie Hobbit with its rider Gandalf hanging from the roof at Wellington Airport in New Zealand yesterday. The model was created by Weta Workshop to mark the release of Peter Jackson’s second Hobbit movie The Desolation of Smaug, which is being released worldwide this month.
