The circular, effective from 6am on Tuesday, November 4, until 10am on Friday, November 7, 2025, applies to all types of maritime operations, including pleasure boats, tourism trips, fishing, and scooters, from Hamad International Airport to the waterfront of the Fairmont Hotel in Lusail City.
The ministry stated that this measure comes as part of national efforts to enhance public safety and security and to ensure the successful organization of international events hosted by the State of Qatar.
It urged all vessel owners, whether individuals or companies, to comply with the directive and cooperate with the authorities to help facilitate smooth and safe event operations.
