Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable of condolences to HE Jennifer Geerlings-Simons, President of the Republic of Suriname, on the death of the former President of the Republic Chandrikapersad Santokhi.
