The State of Qatar participated in the 133rd session of the Permanent Council of La Francophonie, held yesterday in Paris, chaired by HE Secretary-General of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), Louise Mushikiwabo.
The State of Qatar was represented by Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the French Republic and Qatar’s representative to the OIF H E Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al-Thani.
