Doha: A training course in negotiation skills began yesterday at Diplomatic Institute at the Foreign Ministry.
Organised in cooperation with Harvard University, it will continue until Thursday. About 26 trainees from the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Interior, the Emiri Diwan and the Qatari Armed Forces are taking part.
The course will discuss the basics of successful negotiation and the negotiation process from beginning to end, along with psychological dimension of negotiation, crisis and communication. QNA
