Doha: Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan is expected to visit Qatar in December, Pakistani media reported. 

According to reports Khan will meet top Qatari officials and will push for greater mutual cooperation in various fields including LNG.

According to ARY news, the state visit of Qatar will be the fifth official tour of PM Khan after he took charge in August.

ARY news reported that Imran Khan “will invite businessmen to invest in Pakistan.” 

Further, the prospects of sending Pakistani workforce to Qatar may also come under consideration during the talks, the reports said.

Pakistan federal ministers will be accompanying the prime minister during the trip.
