Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) celebrated the 67th Indian Independence Day 2013 at Al Rayyan Theatre. Sanjiv Arora, Ambassador of India and Chief Patron of ICC, was the Chief Guest and Hassan Mohamed Al Mohannadi, Head of Media Relations at Qatar Olympic Committee, was the Guest of Honour. ICC was also celebrating its 20th Anniversary. During the event, the Qatar toppers of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) examinations held in March 2013 were honoured. Syeda Razia Haider from MES Indian School was the topper of Science Stream. Acting Principal, Col (Retd) S Kanji Lal expressed his gratitude to ICC for felicitating the student.
