Doha: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has issued Amiri Decision No. 27 of 2019 extending the Shura Council term for two years, beginning on July 1, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2021. The decision is effective starting from July 1, 2019 and to be published in the official gazette.
Meanwhile, H H the Amir has issued Emiri Decree No 34 of 2019 dismissing the 47th regular session of the Shura Council as of Tuesday (June 9). The decree is effective as of the date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
