Doha: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Economic Affairs and Investment (SCEAI), presided over yesterday the council’s first meeting of 2018 at Al Bahr Palace.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Emir and Vice Chairman of the Council H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, and their excellencies members of the councils. The meeting focused on the subjects on schedule, and took the appropriate decisions.
The council discussed implementation steps of the Second National Development Strategy (2018-2022) and the latest developments related to energy industry.
