Doha: Minister of Commerce and Industry H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Abdullah Al-Thani met today with HE Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) Dr. Nayef Falah Al Hajraf and his accompanying delegation, currently visiting the country.
During the meeting, they reviewed a number of topics and issues of common Gulf interest in the commercial and industrial fields.
They also discussed the efforts made by the GCC countries to confront the economic and trade challenges as a result of the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic, the stage of recovery from the pandemic, and ways to enhance the process of joint cooperation in light of these challenges for the benefit of the countries and peoples of the GCC and their common interests.
