Hamad Saleh Alshaiba is the Head of Sports Programs at Qatar Foundation, the Official Spokesperson for Community Engagement, and a Board Member of the Qatar Collegiate Sports Federation. He is also the Chairman of its Competitions Committee and a member of the Technical Committee of the Asian University Sports Federation.
