Article 538
If the force majeure prevented the submission of the bill of exchange or the plea in the prescribed deadlines, these deadlines shall be extended. The holder has to notify without delay the person who endorsed him the bill of exchange with force majeure, and he has to prove this notice with a date and his signature on the bill of exchange or any related paper, and the notifications shall range until they reach the drawer. The holder after the removal of the force majeure shall submit the bill of exchange for acceptance or payment and the plea if it is necessary.
If the force majeure continues for more than thirty days reckoned from the day of maturity, the recourse can be done against those who are committed without a need to submit the bill of exchange or the plea.
If the bill of exchange is payable after the access or after a period of information, the deadline of thirty days shall be applicable from the date on which the holder notified the person who endorsed the bill of exchange to him with force majeure even if this date happens before the end of dates of submission of bill of exchange. The period of information increases over the deadline of thirty days if the bill of exchange is payable after a period of access.
A force majeure does not include the matters related to the holder of the bill of exchange or a person who has been entrusted to submit it or the plea.
Article 539
The holder of bill of exchange, who submitted a plea of non-payment, can sign an attachment on the movable properties of drawer, acceptor, endorser, reserve guarantor and others who are committed to the bill of exchange, taking into account the procedures established in the Code of Civil and Commercial Procedure regarding attachments.
Article 540
Anyone who has a right of recourse against the other, who is committed to the bill of exchange, can take his right by withdrawing a new bill of exchange on one of his guarantors. This new bill of exchange shall be payable after the access and in the homeland of the guarantor, unless required otherwise.
Article 541
The bill of exchange of recourse includes the amounts set out in the articles (532) and (533) of this law in addition to the commission and any other fee prescribed by law.
If the drawer of a bill of exchange of recourse is himself the holder, its amount shall be determined on the basis which determines the value of the bill of exchange payable after access and is drawn from the place where the original bill of exchange is payable to the place where is the home of the guarantor.
If the drawer of a bill of exchange of recourse is one of the endorser, its amount shall be determined on the basis which determines the value of the bill of exchange payable after access and is drawn from the place where is the home of the drawer of the bill of exchange of recourse to the place where is the home of the guarantor.
Article 542
If there are several bills of exchange of recourse, the drawer of the original bill of exchange or any of its endorser can be demanded about the value of one bill of exchange of recourse only.

Ziyaad Ibn Abeeh, the Umayyad statesman, asked those who were sitting with him, “Who leads the most blissful life?” They replied, “The Commander of the Believers does!” He said, “No. The man who leads the most blissful life is a Muslim man who is married to a Muslim woman and they have enough sustenance, and each of them is happy and satisfied with their partner! This man does not know us and we do not know him!”

Islam attaches much importance to attending mosques for congregational prayers, which are the best way to offer all five daily obligatory prayers. Hence, the Prophet (peace be upon him) urged his followers to attend congregational prayers in mosques, using every method to make them eager to do so. He is authentically reported to have said: “As one walks to the mosque, every time he lifts one foot to make a step, he is credited with one good deed, a sin is removed from him and his standing (with God) is raised one step.”

The time and location for those students who have already taken the tests and wish to re-take them will be announced at a later date.
