The Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage H E Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al Kuwari with ambassadors and heads of missions of member states of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (IOF) during a lunch hosted by the French Ambassador Jean-Christophe Peaucelle. The International Francophonie Day is celebrated all around the world on March 20 every year.
