The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani with former French president Nicolas Sarkozy at Aspire Academy yesterday. Sarkozy is in Doha to take part in the Doha Goals Forum. The Personal Representative of the Emir H H Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani attended the meeting.
