DOHA: The Supreme Education Council (SEC) is expected to hire a private company to evaluate the educational performance of private schools according to standards set by the council, reports Al Sharq.
Under the assessment, the schools will be given points. The firm will give a comprehensive report on the performance of all private schools, which will be used as a means of correcting status of the schools. The initiative comes at a time when SEC is increasing the number of private schools to meet the growing demand.
