First phase of Nour AI Wa’ab villas completed

DOHA: Al Wa’ab City, a privately-owned mixed-use real estate developments, yesterday celebrated the completion of Phase 1 for its luxurious Nour Al Wa’ab villas.

Sheikha Hanadi bint Nasser Al Thani, CEO, Al Wa’ab City, and Sheikh Nawaf Nasser bin Khalid Al Thani, Chairman, Osool Al Waab Holding, hosted more than 200 dignitaries and guests in the heart of Nour Al Wa’ab compound. 

Stretching over 1.25m sqm and promoted by Nasser Bin Khaled Holding, the city is one of the largest privately-held real estate projects being developed.

Sheikha Hanadi said: “Tonight we mark the first milestone of our journey to achieve the vision for Al Waab City to become one of Qatar’s most distinguished developments where life is celebrated in all of its aspects.

The city will also house educational and medical facilities that will further enrich the sense of place and community.

Al Wa’ab City confirmed the launch of the next phases of Nour Al Wa’ab villas, with delivery scheduled in phases until the first quarter of 2015. 

Ninety-two premium Nour Al Wa’ab villas are planned, each with an area of 850sqm, high quality finishes, fixtures, five master bedrooms, internal elevators, three car garages, a private garden and a swimming pool. 

The project also confirmed that 43 of its smaller Janayin Al Wa’ab villas are now open for corporate sales and leasing. 

Janayin Al Wa’ab consists of 181 distinct, four-bedroom properties, each with an area of 540sqm and two car garages, and offering a contemporary living environment with a subtle hint of Arabian architecture and modern quality finishes.

The Peninsula
