Khojaly victims remembered

Azerbaijan Ambassador Tofiq Abdullayev (inset) speaking at an event to commemorate the Khojaly genocide at the Grand Hyatt hotel on Thursday. On 26 February 1992, the Armenian armed forces with the help of the infantry guards regiment of the former USSR seized Khojaly,  a small town in Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, and massacred 613 people, including 106 women, 63 children and 70 elderly.
