Doha: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) launched its annual celebrations of World Diabetes Day on November 13.
The theme for this year’s event is about protecting oneself from diabetes, highlighting ways to be healthy and prevent this condition.
HMC’s programme of activities for World Diabetes Day will last until November 20. As part of the celebration, an awareness camp was held at the entrance of Hamad General Hospital’s Outpatient Department to educate visitors and patients about diabetes.
