India’s Akbar Travels opens Doha office

DOHA:  Akbar Travels of India, a leading India-based travel agency, is set to open its office in Doha on July 8.

Akbar Travels has grown in the last 32 years with its consistent performance as a trusted brand of reliability. It has developed as the largest travel agent in India in terms of International Air Transport Association (IATA) approved branches, staff strength and business turnover.

Over the last three decades, it has established 54 IATA branches and 25 satellite offices in India. As per IATA it is the largest issuer of air tickets in South Asia. “We are further delighted that we have spread our wings to reach  the Middle East Region. Akbar Travels has established overseas branches which are earning name and fame in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Muscat Jeddah and Riyadh. Apart from these, we have 10 satellite offices in UAE,” said R Kannan, General Manager, Head Office.

The Doha Akbar Travel branch, near Crazy Signal, will offer a number of travel services including most economical fares in all international and domestic airlines.
