DOHA: Qatar telecom operator Ooredoo will hold its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on Sunday, March 30 at the Four Seasons Hotel, according to a Qatar Exchange bulletin Thursday.
The Board of Directors has called Ooredoo shareholders to hear and approve the company's financial report for the year ended December 31, 2013, the External Auditor's report, the recommendation to distribute QR 4 per share as dividend, discuss the Corporate Governance Report for the year 2013.
Appointing the external auditor for the year 2014 and electing a member to fill one vacant position on the board of directors.
If there is no quorum, the OGM will be held Sunday the 6 April 2014, at the same time (4.30pm) and place.
The meeting will be conducted in Arabic language, the company said. (QNA)
