DOHA: Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) has on Tuesday held the Corporate Performance Review (CPR) of the 4th quarter of 2013, a press release issued today said.
The meeting was chaired by KAHRAMAA President Essa bin Hilal Al-Kuwari in the presence of directors, managers and heads of divisions.
The CPR is meant to review and evaluate performance and work progress as per the approved plans in a way that promotes KAHRAMAA values.
During the meeting, they reviewed the performance development of the different departments, work progress in current projects, problem analysis, and executive procedures taken to overcome them.
The meeting focused on the strategic plans and projects KAHRAMAA implemented in the electricity and water sectors in addition to customer services and other services it provides.
The meeting reviewed as well the corporation's strategic vision of future projects in line with Qatar's rapid need of electricity and water due to the comprehensive development, the release added.
At the end of the meeting, Al-Kuwari expressed his appreciation of KAHRAMAA's accomplishments and development of business and projects in 2013.
He also hailed efforts of the corporation's staff who contributed to its development on all fronts.
Al-Kuwari also stressed KAHRAMAA's commitment to anticipate the future and efficiently meet Qatar's needs of electricity and water. (QNA)
