KABUL: Three militants from Taliban were killed Monday and two other injured during a joint military operation between the Afghan forces and The International Security Assistance Force (ISAF).
The operations took place in several areas across Afghanistan.
The joint forces also managed to dismantle 17 improvised explosive devices (IED).
The Afghani Ministry of Interior said in a statement issued today that they confiscated a large number of heavy armory.
The statement did not comment on the number of casualties on ISAF and the Afghani security's side. (QNA)
