WASHINGTON: US automaker Ford Motor Company is recalling 370,000 cars to inspect a steering shaft issue.
Crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis and Lincoln Town, models manufactured between 2005 and 2011, will be recalled for inspection, a company spokesman said according to CNN network.
Around 355,000 of the cars are in the United States and around 15,000 are in Canada.
There have been no reports of accident due to this problem, he added.
Ford had recalled 465,000 vehicles earlier this year in June after a potential fuel leak.
The recall included 2013 models of Ford Explorer, Taurus, Flex, Fusion, Interceptor, Utility and Interceptor Sedan models.
It also included the 2013 Lincoln MKS, MKT and MKZ.
Ford had received 600 fuel-leak complaints for the vehicles up to March 31. (QNA)
