ISLAMABAD: Unidentified militants blew up a public primary school Wednesday morning in northwest Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. According to Pakistani police, the men had planted explosives in the school at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The bomb went off, obliterating two classrooms and partially damaging other parts of the building.
No casualties have been reported yet.
Earlier Monday, some unknown militants had blew up a preparatory junior school in northwest of Pakistan as well.
It is noteworthy that there are elements against education and schools in the province who blow up schools, especially public schools and girls' schools in order to intimidate students. (QNA)
