DOHA: HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to Li Keqiang who was endorsed as the Prime Minister of the People's Republic of China earlier Friday morning at the annual session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC), the country's top legislature.
