KUWAIT: HE Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani arrived in Kuwait Monday morning on a short visit to participate in the two-day 1st International Conference of the Arab and International Relations Council.

HE the Prime Minister was welcomed upon arrival by Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, HE Qatari Ambassador to Kuwait Abdulaziz Saad Al-Fuhaid, Qatari Embassy staff; and Chairman of the Arab and International Relations Council Mohammad Jassim Al-Saqer.
