DOHA:  HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani has issued a ratification document approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research Cooperation between the Governments of the State of Qatar and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed in Hanoi on January 16, 2012.
 
HH the Emir has also issued a ratification document approving an Agreement on the Establishment of the Global Green Growth Institute signed in Rio de Janeiro on June 20, 2012.
 
HH the Emir has as well issued an instrument of ratification approving a draft agreement between the Governments of the State of Qatar and Barbados on the Avoidance of Double Taxation & Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, signed in Doha on December, 12 2012.  (QNA)
