DOHA: HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, who is also Deputy Commander- in- Chief of the Qatari armed forces , received at his Emiri Diwan office here on Thursday morning, US Deputy Secretary of Defense Ashton Baldwin Carter and his accompanying delegation who are visiting Doha.
