Five-year-old girl raped in Delhi

New Delhi: A five-year-old girl was abducted and raped by two unidentified men here, police said yesterday.
The incident was reported from east Delhi’s New Seemapuri area Tuesday afternoon.
“The girl was playing outside her home when two unidentified bike-borne men abducted her. They took her to an isolated place and raped her,” said a police officer.
Later, the attackers escaped from the spot and left the child in a pool of blood.
“The girl was later spotted by some people at around 1.30pm (Tuesday). They informed the police. The police immediately took the girl to a hospital where she is recuperating,” added the officer.
The medical examination confirmed rape. IANS
