Ezdan honours best employees

DOHA: Ezdan Holding group recently honoured about 50 of its outstanding employees during an annual event celebration to encourage spirit of motivation and competition among its staff.
The ceremony was attended by Group CEO Ali al Obaidli, Group Deputy CEO Nasser al Abdullah, managers and employees of the group as well as its subsidiaries.
In a press statement yesterday, the group said that the ceremony included several activities, most notably a video that made record of the Group’s achievements, a contest for the employees, prizes and then honouring the employees, who were chosen from various departments and subsidiaries of Ezdan Holding. 
The director of human resource and administration department at Ezdan Holding emphasized the group’s appreciation to the outstanding employees for their excellence during 2013. She said that selecting outstanding employees was a tough task because all the employees of the group and its subsidiaries deserve recognition for their perseverance and achievements, which is significantly reflected in the growth and success of the group over the past year.
She also said Ezdan will continue honouring distinct employees annually to express the recognition for their services and efforts to the group. She said the future honouring ceremonies will undergo more expansion and attention with more investments.
On the sidelines, Al Obaidli expressed his gratitude to all staff and its subsidiaries on the financial results recorded by the group, indicating that it was the outcome of hard work and dedication of every employee of the group. He appreciated the efforts of his deputy, Al Abdullah, who played an active role in keeping a track of the work progresses made by every entity of the group.
The CEO also thanked all managers of the subsidiaries of Ezdan Holding Group, led by Ezdan Real Estate Company, Ezdan malls and Ezdan hotels for their extra ordinary performance. He noted the efforts made by different managers, including the finance, human resources and administrative affairs, architecture, public relations and media department and other departments of the group.
The CEO invited all employees to show more diligence at work and make better efforts in the coming period. He said the group is open to creative ideas and proposals from its employees, which would help encounter the challenges faced by the group.
