NCC hosts Middle East Maztech 2013

Doha: National Car Company (NCC), the sole agent for Mazda in Qatar, in association with Mazda Motor Corporation organised  the 4th Middle East Maztech - Mazda Technical Contest 2013.  Selected technicians from six Mazda distributors in the middle region participated in the event which was held at the Mazda Technical Training Centre recently, a press release issued by NCC said yesterday.

An award ceremony was held at The Torch, Doha which was attended by Sheikh Ahmad bin Nasser Al Thani, President Director of NCC, and Zameer Ahmed, Technical Service  & Training Manager, Mazda Middle East & Africa, along with the officials from various distributors. The top two teams who won the contest will attend the global contest which will be held in Hiroshima, Japan.

Sheikh Ahmad bin Nasser said: “It is an exciting time of us and we are privileged to host this prestigious event in the State of Qatar. We strongly believe that Mazda Motor Corporation, with the committed support of all the regional distributors, is providing a great platform to the technicians to demonstrate the skills, which in turn enhances their morale and give them a sense of pride.”

     Mazda organizes the Maztech Middle East periodically with the firm objective of improving the knowledge, 

Announcing the winners, Zameer Ahmad said, “I am delighted at the success of 4th Middle East Maztech 2013 which in the process benefits individuals, organisations and finally customers.  Keeping that in mind, I am confident the efforts that all of us have put in well reflect in improved customer satisfaction results and eventually growth of Mazda business in the region.”
