These awards not only mark a milestone in the company’s history but also reaffirm our growing presence in the Middle East. We would not have been able to build up our capabilities so rapidly if not for the immense support we have received from the government, Qatar Petroleum and the Port of Ras Laffan as well as our business partners, our valued customers, staff, contractors and vendors.”

Muhammad Ghannam, Chairman of N-KOM and Managing Director of Nakilat, added: “On behalf of N-KOM and the Nakilat family of companies I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Minister for Energy and Industry H E Dr Mohammed bin Saleh Al Sada for his support, without which this great achievement would not have been possible. I would also like to express our deepest gratitude to Qatar Petroleum and the management, port staff and employees of Ras Laffan Industrial City for their full and continued support.

“This award is a proud achievement for N-KOM. I also extend our sincerest thanks to the shareholders of Nakilat and to the employees of Nakilat and its joint ventures and I thank our partner Keppel for their invaluable support of N-KOM’s achievements.”
